Upon graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, with a major in insurance studies, Jack Windolf was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Jack and his new bride, Muriel Bollinger Windolf, then
moved to Quantico, VA for one year and then served 3 years with the 1st Marine Brigade,

up. He earned professional degrees in both property casualty
insurance (CPCU) and life and health insurance (CLU). Within 2 years, due to the poor health of Jim Bollinger,

Since that time, Bollinger has grown from a specialty insurance agency with 7 employees to a well diversified insurance brokerage firm with over 400 employees. In recent
years, Jack has spearheaded the acquisition of 40 different insurance agencies and
has driven organic growth through new business sales. Bollinger now generates premium volume approaching $1 billion, and is the
19th largest insurance broker in the United
States.
