Personal Automobile – If we currently provide your automobile insurance, please answer the following:


1. Are you interested in increasing your automobile liability limits? (Higher liability limits may be available at more competitive rates. Please let us know if you would like a quote for higher limits.)
2. Are all of your cars and licensed drivers in your household listed on your automobile policy?
3. Do you want to include rental reimbursement and towing & labor coverage in the event that your car is damaged in an accident?

Homeowners/Personal Property – If we currently provide your homeowners and/or personal property insurance, please answer the following:


1. Would you like to review the adequacy of the current insured value of your home and other structures?
2. Would you like to review the adequacy of your personal property or contents coverage?
3. Have you made (or are you planning to make) any additions or renovations to your home?
4. If you own a condominium or co-op, do you need coverage for any upgrades, alterations or permanently installed fixtures? These items may not be covered under the association’s master policy.
5. Are you interested in finding out about mold, earthquake or flood insurance protection? (Please circle your interest.)
6. Do you need us to provide coverage for a secondary residence or any other properties that you own?
7. Many homeowners policies do not include back up coverage of sewers, drains and sump pumps. Would you be interested in getting a quote for this coverage?
8. In the past year, many homeowners insurance companies have instituted hurricane and windstorm deductibles that are separate and much higher than what is typical. Would you like to review your policy to determine if there has been a deductible change for these exposures?
