ACCIDENT MEDICAL CLAIMS ADJUSTER (SPORTS DIVISION)
Accident Medical Claims Adjuster (Sports Division) Short Hills, NJ – hiring manager - Sharon Davino Bollinger’s Sports Division is seeking an individual to provide professional, responsive and accurate claims service to our customers.  Primary responsibilities include:

  • Process and adjudicate accident medical claims
  • Customer service: Handle incoming phone inquiries and follow up calls to claimants and others for add'l information
  • Resolve provider and eligibility issues
  • Coordinate PPO discounts
  • Correspondence with claimants, providers and insurance carriers
  • Ideal candidates for our fast-paced, lively department should meet the following criteria:

  • Work well in a team environment 
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Quick learner and multi-tasker
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in claims adjudication required
  • Knowledge of DOC and HCFA required
  • Knowledge of ICD-9, CPT and HCPC coding required
  • Working knowledge of Eldorado Claims Management system a plus
  • College degree preferred
