COMMERCIAL LINES TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - Greenwich, CT

Bollinger Inc.'s Commercial Lines Division in Greenwich, Connecticut is seeking to hire a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to provide prompt, efficient, high-quality technical and clerical support for all accounts and assist in the department's efficiency. The major responsibilities include processing policies, endorsements, audits, binders and ID cards; creating and maintaining client files; responding to staff and client inquiries. This individual should have excellent computer skills, good oral, written and telephone skills, as well as math aptitude. Must be able to type 50 words per minute. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - New York City, NY

Bollinger Inc., is seeking an Account Executive for its New York City location. This individual will provide service on an assigned group of accounts at the direction of producers and account managers, and interact with clients, companies, claims and accounting departments. In addition, this individual will handle re-marketing of renewals, prepare finance agreements, review and maintain expiration lists and activities, maintain and update client files, negotiate pricing and coverages with companies as needed. A valid NY Property & Casualty license is required along with 5 years of insurance experience. Knowledge of Applied Systems and a college degree a plus. Bollinger Inc.'s newest office location in Greenwich Connecticut is seeking a senior account executive to perform all account transactions including applications, endorsements, certificates, binders, billing, follow-up and correspondence on assigned accounts. In addition, this individual will review client business operations, exposures and loss experience against current coverage and define a strategic plan of action to address those issues. The qualifications for this position include P&C Insurance License; 3-5 years of insurance brokerage experience; excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; possess solid knowledge of insurance, risk management and business with strengths in all product lines - auto, general liability, workers' comp, property, crime, inland marine and financial products; knowledge of Applied a plus.
